John Call, will host a monthly series of living & raw foods nutritional education workshops at Life Grocery and Cafe'. The courses will cover the basics of the living and raw food lifestyle, kitchen equipment, recipes, sprouting, vegan sushi rolling and plenty of hands-on opportunities...Students of all experience levels are welcome!

RAW AT THE RIVER is a focus/support group that offers raw and living foods potlucks, classes, seminars and lectures to the public. Guest speakers will be announced and members will have plenty of resources and information available. Meets at The River Church located at 501 South Main St. Suite 101 in Alpharetta every two weeks on Sunday afternoons. Venue for special events will be provided.
