What are living foods?
Living foods are enzyme rich, fruits, nuts, seeds, and vegetables that are soaked, sprouted, peeled, and combined into uncooked, fresh and organic recipes.
Why living foods?
Due to the high natural enzyme content and ease of digestion of beneficial carbs, fats and proteins, living foods promote high levels of energy in the body, weight loss, and rejuvenation while minimizing waste. On a living foods diet, your body is nourished and detoxified as cleanly and naturally as possible.
About OUR living foods:
All of our food is served at room temperature or cold depending on the item. Everything we serve is made fresh to order, and doesn't require cooking. We do dehydrate at 105 degrees or less on some items to preserve nutritional value. Our menu items are not meant to replicate common cooked food recipes but rather provide similar healthy alternatives.
